BIOGRAPHY

Victoria Koziarz is a third-year BMBS student at the University of Limerick and co-founder of UL Beyond Skin, a student dermatology society. Committed to accessibility, diversity, and prevention, she advocates for inclusive skin education across all Fitzpatrick skin tones. Victoria has delivered skin cancer prevention education sessions to over 300 adolescents in Limerick schools and coordinated a sunscreen drive with local pharmacies that raised donations for the Irish Cancer Society. She also serves as National Officer for Medical Education with the Association of Medical Students Ireland (AMSI), where she supports collaboration across Irish medical schools and advocates for education that reflects community needs. Before medicine, she completed a B.Sc. in Neuroscience at the University of Alberta, researching neuroendocrine-immune interactions in chronic pain. Her work bridges dermatology education, research, and health equity.
