BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Zain Syed is the Surgical Director of the Mohs and Skin Cancer Center at Skin Care Specialty Physicians located in Lutherville, Maryland. He completed a clinical research fellowship in Photodermatology at Henry Ford Hospital, followed by his Dermatology residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. He completed a fellowship in Mohs Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology with Dr. Heidi Donnelly in Dayton, Ohio. He has served as the President of the Maryland Dermatologic Society and is an active member of ASDS and ACMS. His clinical interests include Mohs Surgery, complex reconstruction, high risk tumor management, immunostaining, nail surgery and the surgical management of hidradenitis.
