BIOGRAPHY
Madison Owens, MD Candidate (M2), MS Candidate in Pharmacology & Toxicology Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine Madison Owens is a second-year MD/MS student at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She has authored peer-reviewed work on mustargen-induced skin injury and continues clinical dermatology research on topics like photosensitivity, rosacea, and fractionated-laser resurfacing. On campus, Madison serves as class representative in the Student Government —organizing wellness and community-building events—and is an active member of the Latino Medical Student Association. She volunteers monthly at a local Latino Free Clinic, managing registration, vital-sign assessments, and some interpretation. Outside of medicine, Madison enjoys reading, baking, and fitness. She is passionate about leveraging clinical research and cross-cultural engagement to advance evidence-based dermatologic care and education.
