If you have attended an American Academy of Dermatology meeting and would like to download your Certificate of Meeting Attendance please log in below by selecting the meeting and entering your Reg Code.

If a correction to your name is required, please email registration@aad.org with the updated information. A Certificate of Meeting Attendance will be sent after your request has been processed.
