F026 Leadership Institute: 2 Hours 2 Change Your Life: A Realistic and Evidence-Based Roadmap for Thriving in Life and Career
DESCRIPTION
This session examines how patterns of thinking and behavior influence effectiveness, satisfaction, and sustainability in work and life. Integrating evidence-based perspectives with lived experiences, participants will learn to evaluate which thoughts and actions are productive and values-consistent, and which perpetuate unhelpful or unhealthy patterns. Clinical Psychologist Dr. Amy MacDonald and Dermatologist Dr. Kelly Cordoro guide participants in distinguishing between environmental factors and individual responses that contribute to professional engagement or dissatisfaction. Through a structured reflection exercise and discussion, participants will develop practical skills and perspectives to support decision-making aligned with personal priorities and core values in both work and life.
