I am honored to write the monthly column “A Clinician’s Perspective” for the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. The column intends to determine which article(s) in that issue will directly affect clinical practice. This session will discuss the most impactful commentaries, emphasizing their clinical ramifications and how they have altered my clinical approach to selected cutaneous diseases.
