DESCRIPTION
VEXAS syndrome is a recently identified autoinflammatory disorder caused by somatic mutations in UBA1, leading to systemic inflammation, hematologic abnormalities, and characteristic dermatologic findings such as neutrophilic dermatoses and vasculitis. This session will provide an in-depth review of VEXAS syndrome with a focus on dermatologic manifestations, diagnostic strategies, and emerging treatment options. Through case-based discussions, attendees will gain insights into recognizing and managing this complex syndrome in dermatology practice.
