DESCRIPTION
There is a national need for more pediatric dermatologists, and the number of those specifically trained in dermatologic surgery is even lower. This session will offer a unique opportunity to hear from some of the very few pediatric dermatology surgeons in the US about their journey and have insight and advice on how to develop a pediatric procedural dermatology niche. The session will also review best surgical approaches for common pediatric indications (CMN, pilomatrixoma, JXG etc…) and management of surgical complications
